Member Profile

I’ve created a harmony of nature through combining contrasting images such as realistic depictions of trees and forests reflecting on the water, coming in unison with abstract images of tiny insects, combining three-dimensional realism with flat and simplified portrayal. I want to dive into the depths of my soul and reflect it onto the water, the source of life, the vital element that satiates all.

In 2002, I received Grants for Artist Projects (GAP) from Artist Trust and was chosen for the New American Painting Juried Exhibition. These fortunate achievements gave me the motivation and the energy to pursue even harder. Through the reflections of the trees, forest, and insects, I want to reveal my inner world combining realistic and abstract images capturing the harmony between imagination and the issues underlying within man and nature.
