It was a challenge for me, as a working engineer with no formal training in art, to step into painting which now became a big part of my life.
Painting is a therapeutic journey for me. It is amazing how much joy I experience while painting. It touches my soul deeply and brings a sense of freedom in a stressful daily routine.
I paint my experience with what I saw, touched, loved, tasted, thought on canvas, which I desire to keep in my memory and share. I love to paint trees; especially the big and old ones. I believe that each tree has its own story. By just looking at them I can see how strong they are. They cannot move so they must endure and adapt to the weather that surrounds them. Through this process of constant change comes strength and a sense of intelligence. I love to paint trees to share their story.
I hope my life as an artist would be as free and joyful as possible, and share my joy with the viewers through my work
